ComplyCreate ("we," "us," or "our") operates complycreate.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Email address. When you download the HIPAA Compliance Starter Kit, sign up through our footer form, or complete the self-assessment quiz and request detailed results, we collect your email address. We use this to deliver the requested resource and to send occasional HIPAA-related updates via Loops.so.

Analytics. We use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog is configured with persistence: 'memory', no session recording, and no autocapture. We collect anonymous pageview data and custom events (e.g., outbound link clicks, quiz completions, email captures) to understand how the site is used.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects standard server access logs including IP addresses and request paths. These are retained per Vercel's standard retention policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with advertisers.

To unsubscribe from emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To request deletion of your data, email hello@complycreate.com.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. PostHog's memory-only persistence means no data is written to cookies or localStorage.
